We purchased a beautiful, elegant watch and eventually needed a watch strap replacement as leather wears over time. The strap replacements are very reasonably priced, so much so you could order a few if you like to change out the color of the leather. More than the product though, is the absolutely amazing customer service. We accidentally ordered the wrong size and they quickly and easily replaced it. Later we had an issue stateside with customs and they helped us with that even though they didn't have to since it was a US problem. And I always appreciate how conscientious Nordgreen is about minimizing waste and packaging. Their products always come in the smallest packages possible, all recyclable, and you can use the same package for the returns, again minimizing packaging. They also plant a tree with every purchase. Nordgreen is easily one of the best companies I've dealt with.
